There are 2 new modules available now for embedding forms. Once added to the site, the modules allow you to select which form to embed.

Embed Online Form Builder Form

To embed an online form builder form, add the Form_Include module to the site. At the bottom of the module, use the drop down menu to select the form to display and click save. The form can now be completed from the module.
 

Embed Data Manager Form

To embed a Data Manager form, add the Form_Include_Data_Manager module to the site. At the bottom of the module, use the drop down menu to select the form to display and click save. The form can now be completed from the module.
