Post Email Broadcast Message as a New Article

A new option has been added to the Email Broadcast form to save email broadcast messages as new articles.

To save an Email Broadcast as an article, set the Save Message as an Article option to Yes, then select an existing page or content module for the article from the Article Page menu. Once the broadcast message has been sent, an article with the broadcast email content will be automatically posted to the selected page.

Schedule an Article Post Using the Email Broadcast Form

To schedule an article post, use the Email Broadcast form to create the message. Select the option to schedule the broadcast message for a specific date and time. Then select the options to save the message as a new article.

When the scheduled date and time arrive, the broadcast message will be sent, and the article will be automatically posted at the same time.

You can send the broadcast message to any combination of members or just send it to yourself if you don't want to send a notification for the article.
