The built-in contact us page allows website visitors to find contact information for the organization. The contact us page also includes a contact form that visitors can fill out and submit to contact the organization via email. The contact form emails are sent to the email address listed in the Edit Website Settings link in the admin area > settings tab, under the contact us recipient field. Address and phone number information is also displayed on the contact us page. This information comes from the Edit Website Settings page as well, using the address and phone number fields.

You can also edit and add custom text to the contact us page above the contact form. To add custom text, go to the admin area > settings tab, and select the Contact Us Form link. Use the editing box to add your content.

The contact us page also features a built-in Google map that will display a local map with a pin point of the location entered into address info of the website settings area. This map and be turned on in the admin area > settings tab > contact us form link.
