When we setup your UnionActive site, we can initially import a user database for your website if you don't want to have users use the online registration process. You will need to provide us with a database of the user information, as well as decide on a standard format for the username and password for each user. We will then import your initial user list.

We recommend letting users use the online registration process to activate their login for the website. This registration process will allow you to collect the most current information for the user, including their current email address, as well as giving users a chance to become familiar with the website. The registration process also gives users a chance to pick a unique and private username and password for their account.
