If a member forgets their login information they can use the Forgot Username/Password link to have their login info emailed to the email address in the database for the member. The Forgot Username/Password link is located on the login page, or on some sites it is located in the member login box.
If a member does not have a valid email address listed in the database, they will not be able to have the login info emailed to them. They will need to contact the website administrator to have their password reset. The administrator will need to go to the User Administrator area, pull up the edit user settings for the member, and type a new password into the password field, and then update the changes.
