The File Manager area allows you to upload files, manage folders, edit html and text files, resize images, and delete files in your website directory. You can also rename a file, move a file to a different folder, or make a copy of a file.

To access the file manager, go to the admin area > content tab, and click the File & Image Manager link. You will see a list of the initial files and folders in your website directory. Click the folder links to view the contents of each folder. Click the file links to view each file.

To delete a folder click the delete link next to the folder Folders must be empty before you can delete them.

To delete files, select the check box next to each file that you want to delete, and then click the Delete Checked Files button.

To edit and HTML or TEXT file, click the edit link next to the item.

To resize an image, click the resize link next to the image.

To upload a new file, click the folder you want to upload the file into, then click the browse button at the top of the file manager, and select the file from your computer. Then click the upload button to send the file to your website. The file will be uploaded to the current folder that you are viewing.

To upload multiple files at once, click the Multi-File Upload button at the top of the page.

To add a new folder, enter a folder name into the Add Folder box, and then click the Add button. Use standard naming convention for your folder names (a-z, 0-9 only). You can also use underscores and hyphens in the folder names.
